5. Credential & Eligibility Verification

We will confirm:

• Valid driver’s license and insurance if transportation is part of your role

6. Background & Driving Record Checks

To ensure client safety, we complete:

• State and national criminal background checks

• Sex-offender and elder-abuse registry screenings

• Motor vehicle record reviews

7. Reference Verification

We contact previous supervisors to learn more about your professionalism, reliability, and how you handle challenging situations.

8. Health & Drug Screening

You’ll complete a standard drug test and any additional health screenings required for the position.

9. Job Offer & Onboarding

Once all steps are complete, you’ll receive:

• A formal offer letter with pay details, benefits, and your expected start date

• An orientation covering company policies, HIPAA, documentation practices, infection control, and more

• A mentor-led shadow shift so you feel prepared and supported from day one

10. Probationary Period & Ongoing Support
